As part of the Outstanding Apprentice Award Program, each Apprentice must write a 200 word essay on
"What My Apprenticeship Has Meant to Me." Apprentices attending the Carpenters/Millwrights Panel
may use the same essay for both. Essays must be turned in
at the Apprentice Orientation. Prizes will be awarded at the Combined Panel Workshop on .
Each year a photo is included with a short biographical sketch of each Apprentice
in the Souvenir Program. For each apprentice attending, please complete the following
information and include a (4" X 5") "tight head shot" in color or black and white.
