Registration Fees
The fees for Delegate and Outstanding Apprentice Registration is $275.00,
(spouses and children included). Additional fees may apply if opting to participate in Conference Activities or other Events.
There is also an additional charge for hotel accommodations. Please download and print out the PDF version of the appropriate Registration Form for full details.

- To register by fax, please download and print out the PDF version of the appropriate Registration Form. Fax the completed form, along with your credit card information to: (423) 332-6172.

you may download one or more copies of our 58th Annual SSAC Conference Brochure,
and distribute them to your friends and colleagues.
