Outstanding Essay
As part of the Outstanding Apprentice Award Program, each Apprentice must write a 200 word essay on
"What My Apprenticeship Has Meant to Me." Apprentices attending the Carpenters/Millwrights Panel
may use the same essay for both. Essays must be turned in at the Registration Desk no later than
12:00 Noon on Thursday, June 16, 2005 to be eligible. Prizes will be awarded at the Banquet Dinner
on Saturday, June 18, 2005.
Each year a photo is included with a short biographical sketch of each Apprentice
in the Souvenir Program. For each apprentice attending, please complete the following
information and include a (4" X 5") "tight head shot" in color or black and white.
Faxed photos are not acceptable. (No Polaroid's, please). Award Form »»
